Merry Christmas!

A Merry Christmas to you from The Good Stuff! I hope it has been a year of fun and laughs for everyone. So to reflect the spirit of the season I thought a wonderful, heart-warming, family-oriented, holiday movie would be in order. Enjoy!

The Day Shift Manager Strikes Back

Imagine my surprise as I surfed around YouTube and stumbled upon Chad Vader, episode 5. I immediately started watching the movie and then realised I had not seen anything since episode 2. Time for some serious catching up! Being the good Google user I am, I instantly hunted down the show's creators, and watched not only Chad Vader, but also some other fun shorts they created as well. I highly recommend checking out the goodness.

Secret Life of Machines

We've always known the machines live a secret life. What better way to find out what that life consists of than by watching my favorite TV series from the early 90s, The Secret Life of Machines! The wonderful host and creator, Tim Hunkin, keeps the entire series viewable for free on his website! Now you can go spend hours of enjoyment watching two British gents flip over cars, construct pyramids of operating washing machines, and fax machines the size of small houses. Enjoy!

At the Movies

Yes, this blog still lives! In fact, I hope you enjoy this holiday bonus extravaganza update with TWO clips to watch based on a movie trailer I think we've all seen (too many times). First, a re-edit of Apocalypto brought to you by SNL, and second, one entitled Hot Chocolypto. While it isn't gut-busting hilarious, the camera work and overall feel of the clip is good for amateur work. Enjoy!

Live from the Request Line

So it is a few weeks late, that isn't what is important. What is important is that I received a request at all! Yes, on the rare occasion I can remember my password, I usually peer into my normally empty inbox (complete with cartoony moths) and discover a whole lotta nothin'. But this time was different. One little email was there, crying out in the dark. Like a shiny penny in the road, I lept upon it. So now you too can feel President Lincoln's copper-cold embrace from beyond the grave by watching what was inside. I don't mean the penny... that would be a lot of Zinc.

Stop the Presses!

Stop the presses! Drop everything! Thanks to BoingBoing, I now know there is a new series being tested out on Sci-Fi channel audiences online called, "Screw On Head." It has everything you need in a great series. Abraham Lincoln! David Hyde Pierce lending his voice for a zombie! A monkey wielding a machine gun! A super spy that only consists of a bodyless head! It reminds me of great cartoons of the past like The Tick and the Sam & Max comic strip. Abraham Lincoln orders you to watch this series immediately, the safety of the free world depends on it! Be sure to fill out the survey on SciFi's webpage so they make more.

How about a nice game of Chess?

When Matthew Broderick was accidentally destroying the world by turning down a "good game of chess" I doubt he would of if it would of been a game like this. Go enjoy the Russian animation with what I swear is a distinct hint of Mexican. For those of you who've played Psychonauts, does this remind you of Black Velvetopia? For those of you who haven't played Psychonauts... GO BUY THE GAME!

Workin for the Man

So what happens when you take Chad Vader, Darth Vader's less successful younger brother, and take a peek at his life as a supermarket day manager? Why, you get Chad Vader: Day Shift Manager of course! Go and watch it now.

HEY!

What are you doing?! Surfing randomly around the intarweb?! You need to be playing POLE POSITION! Why aren't video game ads like this anymore? It is a sure sign of the decline of humanity. Good thing that sites like BoingBoing are there to root out gold nuggets of goodness like this. Go. Watch. Enjoy!

Update 10/7/2006: Here are two more Atari commercials I couldn't resist posting as soon as I found them. Mario Brothers and Centipede. Consider it an added bonus. Oh Atari, what will you think of next?

Playing with Thermite

The Good Stuff is back after a short vacation! I can hear the jubilation of the crowds! Ok, ok, I can hear the one homeless guy coughing in the back. Still! What better way to celebrate our return and the 4th... err 5th of July than by igniting the most wonderful firework of them all... thermite! Go "ooh and ahh" the powers of thermite by watching this video entitled, "Playing with Thermite." Be sure to stand back and enjoy!

Who's They?!

Sometimes I wonder what went on between the movies in Star Wars. How did the rebels set up operations on Hoth? How did the empire manage to hire so many incompetent pilots and soldiers? What does Yoda do to keep himself busy? Well, I can't answer any of those, but the Despot of Filler Information himself, The Hawaiian, has graciously shown us the answer to the question of what the Emperor did after Episode IV. ... You know, the first one. No, not that first one. The old first one. Right.

Update 2006/7/1: Sorry for not catching this earlier. That link no longer works, but this one will!

Bringing You Some Good News

This clip is from Family Guy, and although that in of itself makes it worth watching, it is also here because of an inside joke. So be sure you enjoy this series of clips entitled, Newspaper Boy. Don't forget to have some popsicles while you watch!

Hooked on Hoff

So there I was minding my own business, when out of the blue an exhausted carrier pigeon burst through my living room window like a brick. Tied to its leg was a note, not trying to extort me for cash (which are the only notes *I* get that are tied to bricks), but instead it was a message from none other than the Grand Vizier of Terse Communications, The Hawaiian. All it stated was, "This is alternately creepy, funny, and filthy. All in all, its HOFF." Yes indeed! It really is HOFF. So go watch this faithful reader(s), and remember to watch for the daschunds. In the video, not ones flying through your windows.

Salad anyone?

You've heard about it. You possibly even want to see it. Well look no further! We here at The Good Stuff please to aim, and gladly bring you two of the best episodes of Salad Fingers: Present and Shore Leave. So what is Salad Fingers you ask? Well, unfortunately just like the Matrix and the Trinity, no one can be told exactly what Salad Fingers is, you have to experience it for yourself. If it doesn't completely scare you off, you can watch all of the delightful episodes right here on Fat-Pie. Be sure to catch the non-Salad Fingers flash entitled, Men From Up The Stairs. It's all The Good Stuff.

Relationships

We all know about relationships. We have them with our friends, family, and (if you are Christian) with Jesus. Everyone experiences this relationship in a different way, but to see how it affected the life of one individual look no further than our friends at The Ministry of Unknown Science to deliver! Follow one man's personal relationship with Jesus and learn valuable lessons to apply in your own life. Hey, for once I'm posting something relevant for Sunday! Yay!

The Dark Side of Care Bears

I always suspected there was something amiss with the Care Bears. You can see it in their eyes. Behind that warm, fuzzy exterior lies a cold, dark soul filled with hatred. Don't believe me? This video proves it beyond a shadow of a doubt. Plus it teaches you the history of New Jersey! Nothing like some eduainment for the kids. Until next time, watch the skies!

Eggs!

Everybody loves eggs, right? Well, this flash movie provides a feast for the eyes. Gotta hand it to those Koreans, they really come up with some interesting ideas. If you want to see the original in Korean, go to this website and click on the top link under the cloud on the upper right of the web page. I believe it says Egg Song, but in Korean (but I could be totally wrong). I strongly suggest looking around at the English (or Korean) site as they have other, shorter flash movies involving the eggs playing games, being ninjas, and celebrating Christmas. Enjoy!

Parody

Have you ever noticed when a parody is really well made, it can easily stand on its own? Well, provided that what the spoof is based on still exists. I wonder if it would cause a rip in the time space continuum if you went back in time and eliminated the original material, but kept the parody intact. That quandary aside, be sure to zip right over to AtomFilms and watch Me and the Big Guy. A great short film about something else we also experience every day. Enjoy!

Bananarama

Where would the world be without bananas? So delicious, so versatile! What other fruit can drive, ring, and um...port? Haven't heard of the bananaphone? The technology is so advanced that if you get too close, the bleeding edge will make you go to the hospital for stitches. Wondering about the secrets of the bananaport? Just like how the Matrix was all around Neo, the bananaport holds the same secret. New Orleans IS the bananaport! Plus the Japanese have already successfully ingrained it into their culture. Finally, I would have to say this is about as close as you get to bananas driving... or driving on bananas. Ok ok, how about driving next to someone eating bananas. Whatever. It's all The Good Stuff.

Hiatus

As you may have noticed, there was a slight gap in time between the last post and now, but never fear my loyal reader(s) The Good Stuff is here to stay! To celebrate this triumphant return, I bring you a rather entertaining flash movie entitled penndragon. All I can say is I believe it is The Good Stuff. Enjoy!

Brackenwood

I meant to post this a few days ago when I noticed the next installment in the Brackenwood series was available on biteycastle.com. The YuYu is the 4th episode featuring Bitey, the anti-hero of the series. If you want to see some of the best flash animation on the internet, I highly recommend watching the entire series. So go watch the first 3 episodes so you know what is going on! First is Bitey of Brackenwood, followed by Prowlies at the River, and finally littleFoot.

Kikkoman

Delicious soy sauce, what would trips to the Chinese Buffet be like without it? It brings us so much pleasure and asks so little in return. That's why the least you can do is watch the adventures of Kikkoman! Yes, this saucy superhero fights against the evil sauces of other nations to bring us justice, peace, and tasty soy! I recommend starting with the big-screen Japanese version, which should leave you thoroughly confused. After that, you can see the translated version, and for an added bonus, the translated add-on Banana and Shrimp Showtime! If you are really adventurous, you can go look through the ASCII adventures these flash movies are based on. Enjoy! It's Good Eats, err I mean The Good Stuff.

As Vana'diel Turns

"From those guys that gived you 'The End of the World' comes..." says the introduction page. Yes, for those of you who managed to avoid being sucked into Final Fantasy XI, for a short time the whole world stood on edge waiting for the next installment of As Vana'diel Turns. So now, my lucky reader(s), I bring you the series that brought an entire generation entertainment. Even if you haven't played the game, I'm sure you'll still get a kick out of them. So go watch Episode 1, Episode 2, and Episode 3, for they are The Good Stuff.

This Weekend at the Movies

Welcome, welcome, welcome to another edition of the first episode of This Weekend at the Movies! Coming straight at you like a wayward junebug comes this review from The Good Stuff's very own movie critic, The Hawaiian!

"Okay. I got something for you chief," the email stated as it burst forth onto my screen in a llama-like manner. So quickly dart over to the website that received such a gushing exclamation: "with the exception of Spongeback Mountain, they're all pretty good." Yes, pretty good indeed! Can you feel the sheer excitement?! That's all from This Weekend at the Movies so tune in next time! *** END TRANSMISSION ***

Stephen Colbert

If you haven't heard about it by now, you must be living under a rock. Stephen Colbert did a little speech at the White House Press Correspondents' Association Dinner on Friday. I was waiting for an easy way to watch without having to download and YouTube has answered, so go watch it, for it is The Good Stuff. It is split into 3 parts. Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3. Enjoy!

Update: According to Boing Boing, C-SPAN made YouTube pull the footage, so if you haven't seen it yet, I recommend reading the article on boing boing and following their links.

Update (5/6/2006): It is now on Google Video. See this for more info.

Bonus (5/6/2006): Check out the Stephen Colbert Musical Extravaganza!

No Description

I don't even know how to describe this. It left me utterly dumbfounded and confused. After seeing these I had to go sit in the corner and rock back and forth mumbling how, "everything will be ok." Everyone needs to experience some weirdness in their lives every now and then, otherwise how can you tell you are still sane? So to ensure your sanity, or to lose it, go watch Part 1 and Part 2 of krentz and the hand of shame. Then go take a bath to clean the dirt that won't come off.

C is for Cookie

Today's post has been made easy by the Directory of Wonderful Things itself, Boing Boing. We've all heard the song, I've even played it myself when it was time for report cards, C is for Cookie. Now see what happens when someone takes that idea and applies it to V for Vendetta. The result? Good Stuff.

Mario Madness

Sometimes it is easy to see the effects of a particular movement on a generation. The 60s had Woodstock, the 70s had Disco, the 80s had Nintendo. Yes, the 8-bit wonder of wonders that enchanted and entertained the youth of America. So today let's start off with what gets the whole ball rolling. Advertisements! Did you master Rob the video robot? Now lets move on to see the after effects. I bring you two examples, Example A and Example B. That my friends is why Nintendo will always be The Good Stuff.

Suggestion Box

It is now official! Now any of my faithful reader(s) can send me their favorite clips found online for me to determine whether they are indeed The Good Stuff. I promise to give the material a fair viewing, and then promptly saw it in half to give each an equal portion. So our own Rastafarian Monk took it upon himself to submit a few ideas for swift judgment. The first is a great parody of Nutri-grain bars, and let me tell you after watching it, "I FEEL GREAAAT!" The second is the ever famous Crab Battle. Yes, both are indeed The Good Stuff! It's that easy folks, now you try. Until next time. OLIOLIOOOOOOOOO.

Still wondering how to send a suggestion? Look to the right!

The End is Near

So I don't know why, but when I was trying to scrounge up some more material for your INSATIABLE APPETITE that never ceases for the shimering rainbow slick of goodness that floats to the top of the mall parking lot puddle we call the intarweb, I happened to remember yet another flash movie I first saw back in my college days. The End of the World was an instant classic and forever ingrained our culture with the phrase, WTF mate. This is why I hope this morsal is enough to satisfy the hordes for yet another day. Please note this flash makes extensive use of "sentence enhancers!"

Overthrow the Mushrooms of Oppression!

Greetings comrades! As many of you know, the underground campaign to indoctrinate the youth of the 80s world went smoothly with the release of Super Mario Brothers for the NES. It is obvious since the 80s were a time of social uprising and fiscal redistribution in the US... right? Nevertheless, a new propaganda film is making its rounds, and if you are to show your loyalty to The Good Stuff then you need to re-educate yourself. Also, if you missed it, the Smurfs campaign also has been going successfully for many years now. Go read the dossier and find out more. Enjoy!

NBC Videos

It took a while for NBC to figure out where it wanted it's video clips to reside. For a while their own publicity departments were posting on YouTube while at the same time their legal department was pulling the clips down. But, like a semi-competitant megacorporation, they finally figured out they could put the clips on their own site! So I thought I would point out two of my favorites. The first is their latest SNL clip, entitled Laser Cats. Do I even need to say any more? How can you go wrong with a title like that? The second clip is a bit older, but it is a classic. Lazy Sunday. Go. Watch. Enjoy.

A Little Blasphemy Now and Then

Welcome back oh faithful reader(s) to another installment of The Good Stuff guaranteed to be straight from Gud to you. No, I haven't misspelled anything, I am indeed talking about Gud: The Other God. Go learn about the benefits of Gud. Nothing like a little blasphemy to spice things up! Is it hot in here or is it just me? It's probably just the zestiness! Like sub-par Mexican food, I guarantee this'll taste great now, but it may cause problems later. Enjoy!

Japanese TV

Ah Japanese TV, where would we be without you? Yes, the fine purveyors of all things anime, Godzilla, and Samurai entertainment actually have much more to offer if one takes the time to discover it. First, we start off with a fine example of Japanese TV which is best described by my father's email:

PLEASE!! Find me a Japanese interpreter! What do the captions say? What is the maniacally excited announcer saying? (Note the quiet, simple dignity of the Dalmatian) Why are they playing "Dixie"? Is all Japanese TV like this? If so, I'm booking my flight to Tokyo tomorrow.

Yes, indeed! But, it isn't just the regular shows that feature The Good Stuff. Examine the children's show, ピタゴラスイッチ or if your browser doesn't show Japanese, Pitagora Suicchi. Yes, this show starts and ends with a Rube Goldberg-esqe contraption with every episode. Most excellent!

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

Even their TV logo's are better than ours. Behold the famous Domo-kun of NHK television! Watch his antics while you are inundated with NHK propaganda. Doesn't that make you want to head over to Japan right now? Or at the very least, crave some sushi?

Until next time! Sayonara.

Update (5/6/2006): According to our Minister of Information Archival, The Hawaiian, the Google Video link for Pitagora Suicchi is no longer working. I have sourced another clip that is similar so you too may enjoy the madness. Enjoy!

Mega Super Duper Weird Al Extravaganza

Goodness, where to begin? Thank goodness for Google Video and its ability to bring fine entertainment like this to the masses.

Smells Like Nirvana - Fun fact: Nirvana knew they had made the big time when Weird Al parodied their songs.
Amish Paradise - Could be offensive to the Amish, but they shouldn't be watching this anyway.
Fat - The best Michael Jackson parody ever.
Gump - At the concerts Weird Al wears the bald cap for this song.
Beverly Hillbillies - Same odd musical coincidence you get when you interchange the lyrics of Amazing Grace and Gilligan's Island. Try it!
It's All About the Pentiums - Watch for the Drew Carey cameo!
The Saga Begins - Just as much of a classic as American Pie (the song).

and an added bonus fan made video:
Yoda

The Endless Quest

A few years ago, one of my friends sent me a link to one of the greatest (if not the greatest) Animutation of all time. It was entitled Irrational Exuberance, and if you have not seen it, you have not truly lived. Ever since then I have been on a quest to seek out other good Animutations, and while some like Dragostea are pretty good, I have been unable to find another jewel in the rough. Maiyahi is another variation on the same theme, although the word play is in Japanese so it takes Animutations to a whole different level. Will I ever find a worthy successor to Irrational Exuberance? Only time will tell.

The Classics

Beethoven, Mozart, and The Muppet Show. What do they all have in common? They are timeless classics that continue to prove their relevance in our daily lives. As this wonderful short clip demonstrates, the Muppets are both entertaining, but also educational. Wait until the end to see what I mean. On a different note, I know that The Good Stuff, has been a little light lately. Do not worry loyal reader(s)! You have not been abandoned! To show you how much I really care, here is an extra unrelated bonus feature! Once I saw the pictures on there, it reminded me of this. Is it Good Stuff? You decide. Then disregard that decision because if it is on this blog, then it must be true!

News from the Front

A year or two ago, I remember seeing this clip, and laughing. Today, I found it on Google Video, and even though I still laughed, it was also funny on a more subtle level. See if you can figure it out!

Kick it Down a Notch

Have things gotten to hectic lately? Sit down, take a load off. Relax. That's right. Now take a look at these various Homeland Security safety signs. They'll make you feel better. Really. Don't worry, it's still Good Stuff.

Propaganda for the Masses

The Good Stuff welcomes the huddled masses yearning for the privilege to stand in line and be dished out morsels of dry, crusty intarweb entertainment. Here to serve you today is none other than our own Minister of Dis-information himself, the Hawaiian (yes you have to say it with italics). He has served up a heaping mass of goodness with only your best interests in mind. To start off, a World of Warcraft edutainment musical, followed by a helping of a MasterCard commercial parody, and finally the creme da la creme, The Hitler Rap. Yes, nothing like a touch of fascism to help it all go down. There, don't you feel better? Of course you do, because we know best. NEXT!

Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting

Martial arts; some train for self-defense, others to seek inner peace, but whatever the reason, everyone in some way is drawn to observe a master's mystical moves. So what could be better than watching a master conduct a fast paced action packed martial arts demonstration? Watching one with lots of explosions! Yes, a recently rediscovered martial art known as Kabumei is making a resurgence. Please join us in watching this feast for the eyes. Just remember to bow to your computer out of respect.

The Greatest Show on Earth

I'll be the first to admit that it takes a mighty fine internet video clip to hold my attention for more than the time it takes for the knot at the top of my spine to fire off a few neurons, but let me say, this fit the bill. Sure not everyone is a Sonic aficionado, but we call those kind of people, well, wrong. This isn't just a video of Sonic. Oh no, it's a video of how the Almighty Himself meant for Sonic to be played... at Super Sonic speed! That's right, so fast that even the text describing it is blown over. Sure this is a little diversion from the regular mindless violence and comedic fare I regularly harp on, but have no fear, I promise to continue to retrieve the candy and leave the floss from the Dentist's good patient treasure trove we call the intarweb. Just this time, not everyone likes the Smarties.

The Hills are Alive

When someone says, "The Hills are Alive," of course the first thing we here at The Good Stuff think of is fleeing from the terrible onslaught of the man-eating dandelions. But after being calmed down by vivid memories of electroshock therapy, the correct answer floats into view like a will o' the wisp. It is indeed music! Music can tame the savage beast, a la Fluffy, and it can bring a smile to the face of the crazed but lovable cold blooded killer, a la Hannibal. What strange power it wields over us! So to help my faithful reader(s) further into a deep Wizard of Oz poppy induced sleep, I present these clips put to the music of the band Lemon Demon. Who is this band you ask? You may remember their music from such unparalleled awesomeness as The Ultimate Showdown. Today I stumbled upon their short, Snakes on a Plane, which is (get this) making fun of a movie that isn't even out of post-production! Yes, that *is* Good Eats! To add even more decadence I found that they have made several music videos of which my current favorite is entitled Word Disassociation. They remind me a lot of They Might Be Giants, and in fact, for some reason, this music video in particular. So mad props to EvilTrailMix.com! I'm going to make a new Links listing just for you!

What Makes the World Go Round

For some, Sunday is a day to relax, for others it is a time of worship, and for some of us, it is a great day to remind ourselves of the power and majesty of the almighty dollar. Yes, money does indeed at times seem to make the world go round, and we here at The Good Stuff are not oblivious to its siren call. What do I mean by this? Why, advertisements of course! They have the power to make us laugh, and make us cry just like any other art form, only they are usually made by souless marketeers who must feast upon the cash in our wallets in order to satisfy their zombie-like hunger. So here is the combined power of corporate America: Terry Tate the Office Linebacker from Reebok, Charades from National Car Rental, and finally a commercial from Burger King that is just perfect for a Sunday. It's blasphemariffic!

Wholesome Family Entertainment

A lot of people in America harp on the failings of society, the lack of family values, and the moral decay of the children. Sometimes, for a moment, I wonder if I should be doing more to encourage the youth of today to better themselves, do something with their life, and find inner peace. But then, thankfully, I come to my senses and realize that if you are reading this blog, it is already too late! So revel in the bottomless pit of despair and delicious cupcakes of web entertainment you already inhabit and check out these two fine examples of Winnie the Pooh gone horribly awry! The first is a tasteful piece based on the Academy Award winning family classic Apocalypse Now, the second is ... well, not tasteful at all (read: wonderfully hilarious), but if you are a budding conspiracy theorist, this will just prove everything you thought was true about Disney. The Good Stuff declares both of these short films to be so wholesome you'll get 110% of your daily recommended fiber. To take a quote from Mr. Men's Warehouse, "I guarantee* it!"

* not a guarantee
one other disclaimer: both films have strong language.
Who says I don't think of the childrens?

Viva the Revolution!

Keeping with the surrealistic theme of yesterday, I found yet another movie depicting the themes of the Simpsons in an entirely different universe. I have to say that the author of this flash animation certainly can draw, but I was unsure as to whether it really could be classified as good enough for The Good Stuff. Well, I have no more doubts after finding this jewel on his website. Now that's good stuff!

Go watch and learn things you never knew about the Simpsons and Japanese Animation. Not together of course. That would be surreal.

Until next time. Halibut!

Thursday, March 23, 2006

This is not the Simpsons

Every now and then on the intarweb you find a picture or a movie that gives you a surrealistic experience. It leaves the viewer asking questions such as, "Is this real?" "Does this mean something?" "Can I get fries with that?" Well I found such a movie clip on good ol' Google Video. It makes you reevaluate what is real in this world and what isn't. The first time I saw it, I spent the rest of the afternoon believing I was seeing drippy clocks everywhere. In fact, even now, I'm not entirely sure this blog exists.

Furious Candy

Ever since the fateful evening where a group of unsuspecting youth were horrifically attacked by the now infamous Furious Cake, some of the survivors have wondered what other foods would be like if they became furious. The class is still out on the furious burrito, but I believe I have found what the furious candy bar would be. Watch today's Strong Bad Email on Homestarrunner to find out!

Rehash

It takes a lot of web surfing to separate the candy coated dollups of good entertainment from the lint in this large pant-pocket we call the intarweb. Luckily, I don't have to do it alone. One of our many undercover ninja operatives, who shall only be known as The Hawaiian, journeyed for days through unspeakable horrors to bring two precious gems of wonder for all to see. Or maybe he slept in and surfed the web for a few hours. Either way...

The first, and most hilarious, is the infamous Leeroy Jenkins movie. Sure, after doing some careful research you can find that it has been an internet phenomenon for many a month now... but that's not really the point is it? I hadn't seen it after all!

The second, and most mind blowing, is the long clip of Will Wright's 2005 Game Developer Conference presentation on his upcoming game Spore. Of course Will couldn't of busted this out back in 2002 when I actually went to the GDC, but I'll forgive him for this only because Spore is going to be an awesome game.

So go now my faithful reader(s) and enjoy these movies. Indeed, some of you may have already witnessed the greatness of these clips, but I had to post them anyway. Why? Because statistically speaking the majority of the world hasn't seen either of these, let alone used a computer for the first time. What if the first site on the whole intarweb that one of these folks surfed to was this one? How would they ever find out about these? I just can't take that chance.

Definitely not Kosher

I first found this video posted on Guy Fawkes' blog and it is what led me to search through Google Video yesterday in the first place. I was unable to find the Allah House Rave, as Guido so put it, but oh wonders of wonders, I stumbled upon it today.

So here you go. Not quite as funny as the numa numa guy but it's on the list of movies made even better by music.

Nobodies Shorts

Ever since I first saw Tomorrow's Nobodies on Newgrounds, I make it a point to check in and see how they are progressing on the next episode (ie. whenever the thought arises from the murky waters of my mind like a hippo*). So, according to their ever accurate meter, they are 70% complete with episode 4. That really isn't important though. What *is* important is that they had two Nobodies Shorts that I had not seen yet. Sure, maybe you have seen them, and if you have why didn't you let me know? Go watch them for some quick entertainment. Or don't. See if I care.

* With apologies to Terry Pratchett for mangling his quote.

Extra bonus! Watch some of the other cartoons on their site as well. Such as this one if you DARE!

Internet + Conspiracy Theories = Good Stuff

I love good conspiracy theories as much as the next guy, so much to my delight the intarweb is making it easier and easier to make wonderfully entertaining conspiracy theories available at my fingertips. This sure beats AM radio any day!

The New World Order

This movie reminded me a lot of the Pentagon Strike flash that circulated about a year or so ago. I don't know why, I was convinced the music was similar... but it isn't.

Enjoy!

The Beginning

There have always been hilarious movies, clips, flash animations, and pictures on the intarweb. This is a blog I am going to use to post the ones I like. That's right. If you don't think something I link to on here is cool, then start your own blog.

Let's start today with some most excellent stuff I found on Google Video.

This is one of the reasons why NYC is one of the greatest cities on Earth

This is just ridonculous

oh my goodness, this has to be the most horrible thing I've ever seen (meaning deliciously hilarious), make sure you watch it until the end

this one is crazy, I love seeing the bus fishtail

and finally, I have to post something educational, otherwise all of this time spent would be a complete waste...

Japanese laundry folding
